I think this is my favorite of Wawi’s African paintings.  I had the pleasure of seeing this original acrylic portrait and cannot adequately describe the detail that Wawi invested into this glowing young bride’s wedding garments.  I love the spectacular color combinations, the application of soft blues and purples and the radiant sunny tone of the subject’s countenance.  The artist has skillfully captured life’s radiance at its height!  18" x 24".
