Turquoise Platter

Red Glazed Kimono

Straight from Lois’s artistic collection of earthly delights, we bring you this incredible piece of art to adorn your favorite place.  This beautiful kimono fashioned out of porcelain has been meticulously glazed with red pigment and then further enhanced with sparkling gold luster.   The finished piece is mounted on a metallic stand with bamboo legs for a truly elegant display.  The art measures 17 ½” tall and is 12” wide and 6” deep.  Very imaginative! 

Turquoise Porcelain Kimono

Lois has masterfully fashioned a charming Japanese kimono from porcelain and bejeweled it with a turquoise glaze and a splash of vibrant red on the sash.  Turquoise stones further enliven the piece, atop bamboo legs and a metallic stand.  The sculpture stands 18 ½” tall, is 12 ½” wide and 5” deep.  A perfect gift for the kimono lover!

Have you ever seen anything like this??!!  This is my favorite of Lois’s platters.  The creative juices were clearly at work here in this lovely porcelain platter, completed with turquoise, pewter, bronze glazes and gold luster over the abstract face the artist has inscribed onto the piece.  Oh my, Lois!  Thank you for this one.  The platter measures 2 ¾” thick and 15 ¾” wide and 15 ¾” tall. 

Orange Glazed Platter

The signature ragged edges of Lois’s gorgeous porcelain platters are somewhat relaxed in this version by the serene, wavelike  swirls that undulate through it.  The splendid center design in gold luster really shines against the orange glaze the artist has applied to the piece.  As in all of Lois’s platters, a wire mounting can be added for ease of hanging.
