The Great Sand Dunes in southern Colorado at the base of Mt. Blanca, sacred to the Navajo and known by them as the Sacred Mountain of the East, or Dawn Mountain, served as Chaitanya Neuhaus's inspiration for this photographic art. Chaitanya offers photographs taken in this locale in both natural light and inventively enhanced. Chaitanya's photographs are created with a printer that exposes light sensitive paper and is then run through a chemical process. These are real photographs, not inkjet prints, resulting in art that is faithful to the light of the original image.
